Vu sur Vertical Horizons :

Romon World is one of the most exciting projects in China with two great looking coasters set to open in 2014. The park has shown off a great little model of the whole entertainment area including the mall, hotels and park. The project bears a striking resemblance to Lotte World in South Korea.  Below is a series of pictures of the model and a recent picture of the construction site.

Donc, un parc, un hôtel et un Mall, deux coasters dont on ne connait pas encore les constructeurs et un parc qui ressemble à un truc en Corée.

Et le parc doit recevoir sept monorails Intamin :

Seven new Monorail Trains for Romon World Theme Park

Intamin Transportation is proud to announce the delivery of seven new monorail trains of the type P6 with the latest state of the art technology as permanent installation for Romon World Theme Park in Ningbo near Shanghai, China.

Romon World is one of the most exciting projects in the amusement world in China at the moment. The new park shares a lot in common with the excellent Lotte World in South Korea and will feature a large section inside a shopping mall as well as an outdoor island of attractions. The park is already confirmed to be opened in 2014.

A single track Monorail System will connect the shopping mall with the various attractions. The system features seven trains P6/18 with a maximum capacity of 18 seated passengers each for a service on the track loop, serving two stations. Passengers will have a train every 2 minutes at the station. The ride in the monorail provides visitors with a completely new perspective. Thanks to the elevated track about 4 - 6m above ground level the visitors have a spectacular view all over. Up to 1’100 guests an hour can enjoy the circular route with a panorama view.

The trains are operated by drivers on the train.
