J'ai entendu qu'ils sont resté bloqués à la moitié de la hauteur, et non tout en haut.

EDIT : Si, en faite c'était tout en haut.
 
On dirait bien que les Windseeker sont moins fiables que prévu...

À Canada's Wonderland, juin 2012, il n'a presque pas marché de la journée, on l'a vu coincé en haut pour au moins 30 minutes deux fois.

Par contre à Cedar Point, août 2011, il n'y a eu aucun problême sur les deux jours.
 
Cedar Fair va peut-etre prendre la décision de fermer tout leurs WindSeekers !

The Knott's ride has shut down unexpectedly twice in the last month, most recently on Wednesday when 20 riders were stuck 300 feet in the air for 3 1/2 hours when the brakes froze on the ride.

On Sept. 7, 15 riders were trapped on WindSeeker for three hours until Knott's workers could manually lower the swings after an inaccurate reading in an electrical safety switch shut down the ride.

The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health has indefinitely closed the Knott's ride until the park and the manufacturer can resolve the braking issues and reduce the evacuation time.

Riders were stranded on WindSeeker rides at Ohio's Cedar Point in June and North Carolina's Carowinds in July, according to local media reports.

Visitors have reported similar incidents on WindSeeker rides at Virginia's Kings Dominion and Canada's Wonderland in Ontario that were not widely reported in the media. A Kings Island spokesman said the WindSeeker ride has not malfunctioned at the Ohio park.

No injuries were reported in any of the incidents.

Cedar Fair veux une révision de tout ces WindSeekers afin qu'il n'y est plus de pannes ou autres et surtout, qu'il n'y ai pas d'accident grave.
 
Dommage car les windseeker sont de bonne machine pour les personnes ayant peur du vide ^^

J'ai fait celui de Knott's berry et c'est bien mieux qu'un star flyer . Je trouve que le niveau de sécurité est beaucoup mieux (je ne parle pas de la fiabilité)

Enfin bon, à voir d'ou viens le problème.  :-)
 
Chez Cedar Fair, ils ont pas été très futés non plus... Acheter à plusieurs exemplaires le même prototype en 2 ans, c'est quand même prendre un sacré risque !
 
Ca peut tout à fait être un opérateur et non pas un gars de la maintenance. En effet, il y a beaucoup de "Special Events" en ce moment, soit une privatisation en soirée/nuit du parc pour une entreprise ou un particulier.

A noter également que Gothorc ne travaille pas sur Crush.  :wink:

Je me demandais Doubick, quand une attraction est fermé comme ça pour cause d'incident, les cast members de l'attraction ils deviennent quoi ? Chômage technique ?
 
Non, y a plusieurs solutions.

Certains vont rester toute la journée devant à expliquer que c'est fermé.
D'autres iront sur des attractions sur lesquelles ils sont formés.
Et pour une poignée Disney en profite pour commencer à les former sur une autre attraction.
