Last fall a few enthusiasts started checking out the factory in Ohio where all the B&M coaster track gets manufactured and back then they spotted what ended up being the track for Diamondback and some red mystery track that appeared to be for a Dive Machine project somewhere. One of our readers returned for another look around and while the mystery red track is now gone, there was a lot of new yellow track on site for another mystery project. While I’m not a major track expert, I would say that this yellow track appears to be for either a sit down or floorless coaster project.
Officially on the books, the only known B&M project we haven’t seen anything about is the Dive Machine going to Happy Valley Sheshan to open sometime later in 2009, but I’m still guessing that was what the mystery red track was for. On the rumor side of things, we’ve heard about possible B&M projects for Toverland (Inverted), Valleyfair (Inverted), Efteling (Flyer) and Carowinds (Hyper), the three B&Ms planned for Universal Studios Dubailand, as well as whatever is in store for SeaWorld / Worlds of Discovery project in Dubai and even the Six Flags Dubai project. Still… none of these are a perfect match yet, so does anyone else know more?
